It's time for me to make new friends who actually share my interests. My childhood friends and I share nothing in common other than having grown up together, and a love for video games. But while I've also grown up, they find trolling and intentionally annoying me (and others) to the point of frustration to be hysterical. It's not even bothersome anymore, but I've reached a point where I wonder why I even bother associating with them if I have nothing in common with them anymore. It was funny when we were kids, but as adults in our 30s, it's just kinda lame.
As another friend said, to grow, sometimes you have to leave people behind.
I should not enjoy keyword based SEO writing nearly as much as I do. I have my topic and then a stack of keywords that need to be in there...somewhere. It is a challenge to make it sound natural, but it keeps my mind sharp.

They've seen the movie, right?
Now that I think of it this way, "Unicron Academy" seems much more badass. I'm invested now in finding out how these little girls go about bonding with their own Unicrons, and discovering their special powers. Something tells me it will involve a lot more mayhem than just protecting the lake from which the Unicron's power flows. Look out world!!
I love it when we babysit our 4yr old Granddaughter.
PW is either so busy, or having so much fun, she's completely out of my hair the whole time.
I bought an actual hammer at the Hammer Store™
I needed a 4lb mini sledge to install a new mailbox post because some idiot backed over it with a Uhaul truck (it was me). Instead of spending $23 at LowesDepot for a nice Irwin, I bought one at the Hammer Store™ for $9.
I also found it curious that said 4lb mini sledge was labeled as an "Engineer's Hammer". I pictured an engineer, wearing a white hardhat, beating the living daylights out of something, standing up, turning around and saying with a smug smile, "See, I told you it would fit!"

I hear ya. I've dropped a few friends from my 20s but don't have as many replacements.

I've been getting a similar pull for a C5 Corvette lately.

I have thoughts of a New Edge with stock drivetrain but one of the crazy handling packages from Maximum Motorsports and as wide of tires as I can possibly fit under it.

My friend in college had a Highland Green New Edge with a tan interior and an automatic. He had it lowered on repro Saleen S281 wheels, an X-pipe and Flowmasters and it was just a fun car. It wasn't super fast, but it was fairly punchy, sounded great, and did burnouts and donuts everywhere.

I'm not sure I can tell the difference. I'm just an on/off switch. Attractive or not attractive.

Gal Gadot is beautiful. Linda Carter is pretty. Amy Smart is cute.

I had a DHG Bullitt. Thing was a riot to drive and that's my favorite color behind competition orange.
Stock the 2v is kinda slow, but they make the right noises and it's comically easy to get the rear end loose.
I go on 'holidays' next week. I need it after this past year.
The confession? I have been on 'Holiday mode' at work since about Wednesday and I do not care.
Going through my cabinets I discovered that I didn't have lids for all of my Pyrex and Corning Ware. Pyrex was easy but I ended up going down a deep rabbit hole looking for a lid for my Corning Ware pie dish. I'm about to order a sealable "pie saver" container that you put the pie dish in. I've never used this pie dish in the last 15? years that I've had it but damn it I want this pie saver container.
