Me and the hellspawn are watching jets pound through the Mach Loop on YouTubes.

Holy crap, I thought you were a newly-minted dad only a couple months ago!
No E36 M3 , right. Hes bonkers tall. 40% for weight (no baby budda fat belly on this kid.) 99+% on height. He's 3 feet tall!

Very cool. I've been eyeing those. I'm eager to hear how you like it after you've used it a bit.

Manually transferring contacts over from the slavsung, to give you an idea of where I am coming from tech-wise.
To be honest, I would rather have the Fold, buuuut I can see that phone lasting about a week, maybe two. The Flip is tiny for my big callused thumbs but, like an armadillo or a hedgehog, it folds up to protect its fragile parts, exposing only a tough outer shell.
And I got a case for it too, because of course I did.
Two weeks after shoulder surgery, I can move my arm more than I had expected.
And the doctor said that I can lift anything that I want for the next five weeks, as long as it's not heavier than a can of tomato paste.
Mixed bag today.
Win: Got my booster yesterday, yay.
Lose: Constantly feel like 5 minutes ago someone smacked me in the arm with a hammer. Everything goes downhill from there.
Win: Made it into work today.
Lose: Made it into work today.
Win: After one semi-technical discussion about an upcoming test we are running my boss sent me home for the day with pay. Said I was the dumbest he has ever seen me. At one point I was groping for the word for something and I just stood there and stared off into space for a full 30 seconds from the point when he started to pay attention to me not moving or saying anything before asking him what we were discussing.
Win: I got a 4 hour nap when I got home
Lose: I still feel like "a bag of smashed shiny happy people" as a SSgt used to say when he was feeling particularly hungover.
I'm going to find some soup somewhere.

I got my booster Monday. Also a win/loss like yours, I went into work feeling OK Tuesday morning and alternated between that and shivering feeling like I was going to vomit. Gave up and went home and watched Home Alone with my 4 year old on my lap. I didn't realize how horrible that movie is, everyone is a complete and total dick to a very young child. His uncle called him "a little jerk" to his face and the parents said nothing. I'm sorry, you call my seven year old that and you're apologizing and leaving or else losing some teeth. I had to keep commenting to my 4 year old how everyone was being mean and that wasn't nice and etc. So, yeah, mixed bag. At least I got some quality recliner time with my 4 year old. Feeling much better today.
Looks like my minor win is I just had a sore arm for a few days and a little tiredness the same day for my booster last week.
Just verbally agreed to a job offer.
This whole getting laid off thing worked out pretty well, all things considered.

My kids (age 18 & 30) love that movie. It's crazy but we watch #1 & #2 every Christmas. Movie #3 is garbage.
This wasn't hilarious? Gus Polinsky....Polka King of the Midwest?

First, this is a great gift! I want one.
Second, while that whisky glass is amazing, Glenlivet 14...big thumbs down as far as single malts go :) Cant wait to see what else is hiding behind those doors!

I guess living south of Wisconsin and knowing these towns it cracks me up.
Kenosha Kickers?
Twin Lakes Polka?
We're really big in Sheboygan....
In reply to Datsun310Guy :
For sure! I used to live in Appleton, WI. So they are pretty familiar to me as well and knowing what Sheboygan is like...its kind of like an inside joke haha
If you really love John Candy (and Eugene Levy), and really love the Polka, you owe it to yourself to watch The Last Polka:
Winston Wolf: I solve problems said:Bulk LEGO typically goes for $10/lb.
I just won an auction . 24lbs. of LEGO for $60.00, delivered!
Congratulations!
I've got tons of Stickle Bricks (similar to LEGO's)...is there a market for them...if so, E-Bay or somewhere else???
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I loved the movie as a kid so it's still funny to me. But the whole set up part was like pulling teeth, I'd say the first half hour plus could be reworked from the ground up and I would be happier. As long as it still has peak Catherine O'Hara and John Candy in it, of course.
