This was in my home town. I delivered pizza to this house many times but I don't know if it was the same people. There are at least 3 apartments in the house.

I am a fan of capital punishment, stick the three of them in a cell forcing them to beat each other and then have dogs and snakes attack them after that as well.

I think it's time to start culling the herd. With nothing but jail time at the tax payers expense, these people will be back out polluting the general population in no time.
