I walk by this house in my neighborhood regularly. Some interesting stuff in his driveway all the time. The first appears to be two E36 M3's?. The second is what looks to be a rather fun 2002 in the works (there was a Turbo 2002 on the same trailer previously).
I suspect someone here knows him.... and he may be be on here (sorry for outing you)

M3 powered 2002? That's a good problem to have!
First picture looks like at least one E30 M3, with the one to the left potentially being an E30 M3 convertible.
Those are e30 M3s, and that S14 in the 2002 looks pretty serious too. Jealous.

I used to have the same problem. It was indeed a good problem to have so I sold it to my son.
You need to stop and introduce yourself.
He has E30 M3s and he lets them OUTSIDE?
In a lot of places, those two cars combined would be worth more than the house they're parked at...

In that part of the world they are given to the Nanny to run errands.
That house looks to be very nice!!!

While true, I've also seen them up for $150k a pop. $300k would buy you a nicer house than that here.
That is a looooooot of money in Roundels, haha. Looks to be an E30 M3, an E30 M3 vert ($$$$$$$$$$), and a worked and in-process S14 swapped 2002.
I like this person. A lot.
