Pre-canoe
The Dubai folks have been busy again this morning. I'm kind of surprised they haven't been shut down by now.

I have also bookmarked a few websites that can be extremely helpful in rapidly confirming whether an account belongs to a spammer. Mods, feel free to PM me and I'll pass them along.
Bumping this in case it got overlooked.
We are constantly treading the knife's-edge between keeping the forums clean and keeping the bar to entry very low, because unlike a lot of forums that are okay being semi-closed conversations, we want--need--lots of new blood and traffic.. Our current setup requires just a few minutes of spam cleanup on a heavy day; unfortunately we also sleep, so that cleanup happens when the first mods get up, meaning the earliest forum users may also see the overnight spam. (It was awesome when I was in Europe a couple weeks ago.)
Think of the 7 a.m. shift here as being like early satellite TV owners: While most viewers never saw what happened when the news cut to commercial, those early satellite viewers got to see Tom Brokaw drinking his water and shooting the E36 M3. Only, you know, with ladies of the night in the Tom Brokaw role. (And apologies for the intrusions.)

Also, interesting to note that ads arrived in force as soon as I used the term for these ladies that is also a Ford model. We've already scrubbed tags using the word. Gonna look at filters next.

Understood. My suggestions are based on some things I've found useful in moderating another (different and smaller). Please let me know if I can be of any use to you.

You say that like they are mutually exclusive. Are there not rules that could be implemented (for example) to prevent you from posting 100 new threads back to back?
