Don't know about Scott, but one of my cycling friends had a blood clot take him during a training ride a couple of years ago. By the time he started feeling something wrong it was maybe a couple of hours. He was 39 and in very good physical condition.
In shock right now. He was always a joy to speak to. This is terrible. Such a nice guy. Condolences.
Pigeon was a great guy, he'll be missed. If (and I hope this happens) his family find their way to this thread, please know that he was universally liked on this board. That says a lot!
Wow, that's so sudden! Scott was a stand-up guy, may he rest in peace. Thoughts and condolences to his family.
Holy berkeley. He had offered to crew for me at the Glen next month - I didn't really know him but we exchanged a few emails on the subject and he seemed like a great guy. My condolences to his family.
Wow. He was a genuinely nice guy. I never met him personally, but he bought a few parts from me for his 944 Turbo. We would always talk about stuff we saw on this forum when he called.
It's been a while since I spoke to him, but he would occasionally send me e-mails.
I know I will miss Pidge. Motor on, Scott.
I always enjoyed his threads and comments, especially as a fellow BMW enthusiast. So sorry for the family's loss.
My condolences to his family. Never met Scott, but it still stings to have a loss in the GRM Forum Family.
Requiescat in pace.
We'll definitely miss him around here, he always had something interesting to say. Thanks for letting us know.
I don't know what to say. Very sad day.
Kinda makes me wonder about all the semi reguler posters that have disappeared over the years.
