I just saw it. Tubi is a free app and they throw commercials in at random times and pause whatever you're watching. It's totally free just have to download the app.
I love the movie, grew up in the Chicago suburbs and did my history fair project on the Tucker torpedo when I was 16. Fun fact, tootsie rolls are now made on the production floor where the Tucker was going to be built.
Jeff bridges stars and it's Hollywood, but it's a fun movie and you get to see the car in action.

When I have a (non-qulified) substitute come in for my Mechanics classes, I often have the kids answer some research questions on Tucker, then have them watch the movie answering questions as they go. Almost nobody has heard of Tucker.
Excellent movie. We have the Tubi on our Roku. I'll have to see if I've made Mrs VCH sit through it with me yet. After 10 years I sometimes forget which movies we've watched together.
