I’ve decided to sell my e36 m3 (cosmo/Black). I bought this car about 18 months ago with the intentions of doing HPDE, autocross, and eventually some time trial events, but various life events got in the way. It’s been a fantastic weekend driver, and probably the most fun car I’ve ever owned, but it’s time to pass it along to someone who can use it as intended.
As it sits, it has a little over 137k miles. I have partial maintenance records from the previous owners, and I kept a log of everything I’ve done to it.
The only major issues that I know of are:
-the shifter needs rebuilt, but I’m including a CAE ultra shifter with the sale!
-exhaust rattle caused by a broken weld on the catback (I’m hoping to get this fixed soon)
-headliner is sagging (I bought a kit to flock it, but haven’t had the time)
-oil leak. Shows up after the car has been sitting for a few days
Both sets of wheels come with the car, although the tires on the SSR’s are basically shot. I’ll also include the parts I haven’t gotten around to installing yet, including a set of Condor rear subframe bushings and RTAB pocket reinforcements, brake duct hose, high density roll bar padding, replacement speed bleeders and pistons for the Wilwood calipers, the original US spec tail lights, the back seat, and a CAE ultra shifter (it’s so awesome!)
