For the record my girlfriend has a 2004 5.3 Tahoe and just crossed 300000 MI and has had absolutely no trouble. Car doesn't burn oil smoke yada yada yada. Just a shout out for a good old truck and don't be afraid of the miles.
Yup, this is a great truck besides me wanting to go from 3 cars to 2, and getting 28mpg while I'm at it.
Doesn't burn oil. Doesn't leak oil. Radiator keeps trans temp at or below 185°F with the OEM trans cooler.
No interest? It's a great truck, somebody grab it before I detail and put it on Craigslist/Facebook
Some tips for the interior pics--get everything out of the car. That includes the yellow thing, the water bottle, the charging cord. Close every door/cover that you can. Make it look as enticing as possible. Get rid of the vent-air freshener, the sunglass holder, whatever phone holder that thing is... Get it all outta there.
I'll reshoot photos once the weather cooperates. Just did a trip to Boston this weekend, nearly at 196k now.
