I know many of you have probably never seen my ridiculously named build thread. I put everything in there and have no plans to change that. I wanted to post some of the garage stuff here. Every penny I have ever spent making the garage better has been great. I never ever feel it wasn't worth it. I cannot says that about all cars, car parts or mods.

That looks really nice to work in
I'm hoping to really get my shop dressed up this fall/winter. Yours is looking great!

Thanks. I'm looking forward to getting a few other things sorted garage wise this weekend. Then I can start working on my projects instead. I will post a few more photos. Right now I'm working on other hobby items that are not car related. I balked and complained about spending money doing these things at the last house. At this house, I brought every piece of organizing gear with me and added to it. It was a lesson learned over a long time.
It's a multi hobby garage.

Your best quality is not only spending your money but making others spend it too

My wife might agree. I've been called worse, so I'll take it :p.
My sister bought some land and built a beach house, about 80 mi from home.
I bought land 16 mi from my house and built a shop. She doesn't understand...
I had 3 houses before....built up the garage /shop....then moved. When I got divorced (cue up: "I love to fish"), i bought 7 acres out of town, to build my final shop....20 years ago. This separated shop and wife, plus, as learned when I sold the other houses, makes the shop a separate asset. I got $000.00 for the other shops. The stand-alone will be worth....something. There's room to build a house if next guy wants to do it.
I remarried...we live in the Queendom, and I play in the Kingdom.
I understand that I'm living my dream; not a viable plan for many. If you get to a certain level of commitment, it can be cost effective overall. Most of us have saved the cost of depreciation on newer cars....it all adds up.
YMMV!

Details on those cabinets and your yard tool holding racks? Those racks especially look useful.

Gladiator garage cabinets, and same brand for wall racks, hooks etc. It's not the cheapest stuff, but it continues to serve me well.
