Assetto Corsa on PC

Just got back from a 450 mile round trip to pick up a trailer, and I'm fragged, so I'm out for tonight.  Had very little practice time, so I would have been slow anyway... 

I figure you all are just finishing the second race right now but I wanted to stop in and say I got back from work late tonight and had to not participate. Hope it was a blast.

I had fun last night. That track proved to be very good with these cars. 

It should make for some interesting highlights.  For such a narrow track, we had a good amount of side by side and of course, the jumping!

Some where on the first race I went full Dukes of Hazard and some how stuck the landing.  Not sure how that worked.  

Results and standing...and... Just two good ole boys,   Never meaning no harm.......

This track is harder than I thaught it was going to be!!

You can see pretty clearly what my issue was on that corner when I took Brick out.  Braking in the grass while the left side of car was still loaded equals, right turn!

Wow. There was a bunch more action in that race than I knew about.  

I may run a little late to the party tonight.  Family thing going on.

Yesterday was our anniversary, so I thought it prudent not to try to sneak away for the races...  see y'all next week! 

Someone posted this on the main board.   If there is any interest, we can fully recreate this in AC.   We, theoretically could replicate the rain, but probably won't bother with that.   

OK, yes, I guess we would have to let Colin drive the Donahue AMX....

Still kicking my self for taking the Mercury. It ran out of top end on the long strait in that race. Those were lots of fun.

Looks like a close race for 2-4, 5-6, 7-8.  

I guess I should step it up to get past Dean with his HC.  I am pretty familiar with Autumn Ring.

I hope everyone is ready for tonight!!!  Should be good racing on this track however passing will be interesting and there are some areas that you really don't want to pass.

Bah!.... watch me....

I suspect we will be down a few this week because of the challenge.
