The Best of the Pinehurst Concours d’Elegance

We helped judge post-war European closed cars, and this was our class winner: an amazing 1956 Maserati A6G Zagato.
1985 Ferrai 288 GTO. Beautiful.
Cobra sporting rare factory mags.
Owner-restored Lamborghini Miura.
We didn't see Richard Petty, but we did see one of his cars.
This Goggomobil was once raced by Walter Cronkite.
1964 Corvette "styling car." Check the side pipes.

We had a great time this past weekend at the Pinehurst Concours d’Elegance in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Not only were we walking the grounds, but we were also serving as judges for the post-war European closed cars. We saw some amazing cars and met some really cool people. Here are a few of our favorites from the show.

Time to get new glasses: For a second there, I thought you wrote "Over-restored Lamborghini Miura."

It sounds like that one didn't come together, but I know a guy who's helping them round up some Japanese cars for next year's show. It's going to happen.
