This 1985 Mercedes-Benz 230TE carries a secret under its hood: A factory gasoline engine. The engine—a 2.3-liter, four-cylinder with 134 horsepower—is a rarity in the U.S. market as most sold here were diesel-equipped. Imported from Germany a few years back, this wagon maintains its European bumpers but has U.S.-spec headlamp assemblies. It's currently listed on Bring a Trailer with no reserve.

Dwight, it's currently listed here on Bring a Trailer with one day left on the auction. It appears to be located in Vancouver.
