Car Catcher: Numbers-Matching, Black Over Red Ferrari 365 GT

Sponsored article presented by Fantasy Junction

Furthering the success of the Ferrari 330 GT 2+2, the 365 GT 2+2 updated that winning formula by replacing the rear live axle in favor of independent suspension setup. It may not be a surprise, then, that the 365 became a popular model, with around 800 said to have been produced.

This 1969 Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 is one such example, and is reported at being a "well sorted," numbers-matching example.

The listing states that although "past ownership records are scarce," the Ferrari is said to have had its leather interior refurbished and a repaint that went down to bare metal "on or around" 2016." Mechanically, the car is said to have been "very well sorted" in 2017 with work that included a compression test, with the results in the 155-170 psi range.

Current mileage is reported to be 71,620 kilometers (approximately 44,500 miles), though true mileage is unknown.
