If the B2K/10 seemed too costly for your racing team, Lola also produced a more budget-friendly B2K/40. Although the car wasn't originally designed for it, it went on to be competitive in the ALMS LMP2 class.

This 2000 Lola B2K/40, powered by a V6 based on the Nissan VQ engine, has raced in events ranging from the 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring to Petit Le Mans.

The seller notes that the Lola is “not only easy to drive, but relatively inexpensive to maintain.” The engine is said to have run about 12 hours total since the it was professionally sorted.
