Sure, M1 Concourse consists of a 1.5-mile race track, but don’t think of it as just a road course in Pontiac, Michigan.
The facility also has private garages, a motorsports club and enough venue space to hold just about any event.
Fitting, then, as M1 Concourse announced its 2022 schedule that includes a festival that celebrates performance and race cars from every era, a classic cruise-in dripping with Americana and, of course, plenty of Cars and Coffee events:

A friend and I attended the inaugural event this year at M1 and enjoyed it. My friend who does race weekends crewing for friends around the country was disappointed it was small but I was impressed with the quality of the cars that did show and drive. The venue was nice and I'll be back next year.
Nice to hear a review. More reason to go next year.
There are a lot of GRMers in the greater Detroit area as you know. A GRM meet at the event would be pretty cool!
