Officially known as the 365 GTB/4, the Ferrari Daytona gained its unofficial name after Ferrari managed a 1-2-3 finish at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1967.

This particular 1971 Ferrari GTB/4 Daytona, however, is noted as being the second example to ever be imported into the United States.

According to the seller, records indicate that the car was restored in the early 2000s, with a $12,000 invoice from 2008 for service of several components.

Currently showing 59,361 miles, this 1971 Ferrari GTB/4 Daytona is available from Fantasy Junction for $659,500.

Why is it that in the car world, cool and affordable are not the same.

In reply to Bardan :

I think the trick is being able to figure out what cars will become cool while they are affordable or not very desirable in the moment.

I'll let you know when I get that figured out. wink
