1990 Volkswagen Corrado TDI

It started out life in 2007 as a 59k mile Corrado G60. I had the motor out the same day that I brought it home so I could install a diesel engine for my daily driver. This was my 2nd TDI Corrado. The first one paved the way to better things….. This is the car that I originally intended to build on my first TDI Corrado build, its all OEM like. Everthing went together like it was built this way from the Factory. I’ve been daily driving this car for the past year and have racked up about 25k miles. No issues. Here is a list of the specs: Engine: 1.9L AHU TDI(from a 1998 Jetta), European PD Intake Manifold, Kerma PP764 Injector Nozzels, G60 Intercooler, Custom 2”od Intercooler pipes, Slowe Racing EGR Delete, Techtonics Borla 2.25 Cat back with an SLC’s stock tip, European Engine cover, silicone hose connections, Eco-Diesel Airbox, G60 fuel pump Transmission: 1998 Mk3 Jetta O2A “CTN” transmission Brakes/Drivetrain: 5x100 Lug Conversion (Eurospec Sport Conversion Hubs), 11.3 Fronts, New Rear 5x100 rear Rotors, SS lines, Mintex red pads Suspension: H&R Stainless Steel coilovers, R32 control arm bushings, New Strut Bearing Bushings, New rear shock bushings. Wheels & Tires: 16” Audi TT wheels (Very Rare) that have been stripped of their paint and Polished. Yokohama Parada spec 2 Tires 205/40/16 Tires Exterior: No shaved panels, no gaudy body Kits, just tinted/Red taillights, clear side markers and European headlights. 90mm Front Euro Lip, Passat Moonroof Conversion. Interior: Stock Black Heated Leather with a 1996 TDI Passat instrument cluster and VDO boost & oil pressure gauges, mk4 20th AE pedals. Audio/Visual: Late Mk3 Jetta Radio (matches the Rado’s instrument lighting) No more amplified aktiv door speakers Items I have yet to install but have in my possession: Neuspeed rear strut bar (triangulated bar), Euro Seatbelts, The car has an 15 gallon fuel tank and can get 44-47 mpg all day everyday with the 16s and a driving it hard.
