This is my 86 944 that my team and I converted into a 24 hours of Lemons car for the Lamest Day this year. The car has a full professional cage welded in by a team members brother in law, used race seat and harnesses, factory 15” phonedial wheels w/ new Hankook tires (awsome) , the stock 122rwhp 2.5L four cylinder motor, and is made up to look like a Dragon. The car was painted by myself w/ Sher-Kem industrial paint and a roller, some spray cans and a sprayed on scale design from a cardboard cutout and flat black. The wings are some old conduit, a coathanger and a T-shirt w/ some fiberglass resin welded to a mounting plate. After blowing the headgasket an hour into the race we ended up second from last until we replaced the parts and made it to 107th place, just to get the peoples curse and have our motor locked up w/ some liquid glass-sodium silicate. Since the car has recieved a new motor and will be back out next year at chumpcar and lemons races for sure.
