1990 Jaguar XJ-S

This is my second Jaguar, an XJ-S Convertible. I have been bringing it back into shape and enjoy working on the V12 engine. One of my winter projects will be restoring the wood on the console and the dash. I’ve picked up some nice burl walnut veneer. The console, aka ski slope, is getting mods to ditch the ashtrays and install cup holders instead.

Ok...added a couple more. Realized I haven't taken too many this year as I sold my camera gear to buy the Jag ;-) Ordered some Koni shocks for the front a few weeks ago. Not something they keep in stock these days so waiting for them to be manufactured over in Europe and sent back across the pond. Koni said it might be a couple of months.

Where did you order the shocks? I did not know that they were still available?

Koni shocks are still available for the XJ-S and I ordered them directly from Koni. I should probably get all four of the rear shocks ordered pretty soon as well before they decide to stop making them.
