The suspension was set up when I bought the car, I just put lower spring rates on the front, and took off the rear swaybar. The rear will be getting slightly lower rates as well. Currently corner-weighted at 2463 with driver (I was ~225 at the time)and full tank of gas. When I first rebuilt the engine, I was using stock exhaust header, FPR, Cams, and Cam Pulleys. I had the car dynod at 108whp, 98lb-ft. This last fall when I put in the FPR, header, valvesprings, and cams, after 12 pulls on the dyno I was able to tweak it to 133.0 whp. I’m looking forward to next year (wintertime now, no paved events) to see how the newfound power actually helps in autoX and at HPDE’s. The car’s going to be painted all the same color eventually, I promise. Function Before Form, and it’s kind of fun having a car that looks like poop, but goes like stink.
