How do you recapture the golden era of DTM Racing while adding in a healthy dose of modern go-fast technology? That’s what FCP Euro set out to accomplish with its “Golden Era” Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.0-16 project.

Highlights include a turbocharger from a Mercedes-AMG GLA 45, plus brakes, suspension and a six-speed gearbox used in the W204-chassis Mercedes-Benz models from the early 2000s. In all, the project is good for 450 horsepower and 400 lb.-ft. of torque.
