Post 'em if ya' got'em
I came in here to post Skinny G's car and then declare the thread done, but I was beaten to the punch.
I love the variety you see in Locosts, with subtle differences in size, proportions, fender style/width/angle, wheels, windshields/screens/none, headlight placement, all painted or polished aluminum, etc.
For my eyes, the more like a Lotus Series 3/Caterham, the better it looks, and I prefer clamshell fenders to cycle fenders. i prefer bare alloy with painted fiberglass, and red just happens to be my color of choice, so when it doubt, refer to the above post for the standard.
In reply to amg_rx7:
Some people do, running a roll bar member in the passenger seat area. That's the beauty of the locost, its open source and easy to customize infinitely.
paging keith......
I'm also hoping that Dr. Hess tunes in here. I really like the looks of his paint job
my car doesn't count, since it is modeled after a 1930s datsun instead of a 1950s lotus, but I'll toss a couple build pics in here since I did use a locost-like construction for the chassis. This is what the chassis looked like before the transmission tunnel was built. (drivetrain donor in background)

Modernbeat already did it:

Here's mine, which was completed in 2007:
And here is my build gallery:

I'm actually looking to sell it this year to build something new
Hmmm. I wonder if anyone has stuffed spinning triangles into one of those...
Keep the pictures coming, I really like the way these look...

Yes a number have. Go to LocostUsa.com and do a search.
The whole basis to this post is to get ideas for mine. It is #2 on my project list.
I can't decide with going Ranger donor with a 2.3/2.5 Duratec or a RX8 donor.
Mine:

Almost always, yes, and are typically registered as a Lotus Seven replica. The Midlana above is mine and was registered as a Specially Constructed Vehicle and insured as a 1960 Lotus Seven replica.
Heh, I've got literally hundreds of pics in my Locost image file. What I find interesting is that the exo movement has always been associated with middies. I think that a traditional Locost layout exo build would look great - largely due to the flowing lines of the radiused tubing.
I like the looks of this guy's car:
