1978 Chevy C-30 Crew Cab Dually

I've owned this truck for many years. Its a 2WD with a 454 and turbo 400. The engine and trans have been rebuilt in the last 5k miles. The bed has been modified to dump. Brakes and steering are in good shape, except for a power steering leak. All six tires are retreads with very little wear. The cab, front doors and bed are rusty. The rear doors have been replaced with solid donors, and the front clip is pretty good. I started restoring the interior a long time ago and got part way through it. The seats are re-done and I replaced the carpet, but it needs a headliner and trim re-installed. The value in this truck is in its chassis, drive train and the dump mechanism. With a donor cab and bed it could be a nice truck again, but I don't have the time.
I'm asking $2013.99 for it...Maybe less...But its already discounted from the $2,449,535.52 I wanted for it. I have solid front doors and a bed that are available separately. Let me know if you have any questions.

i'm glad i have no money. i wanted that truck the first time i saw it. i just scrapped the burb that had perfect doors.

i do have an 89-91 suburban front end conversion with clean southern fenders and hood and a brand new in bag core support if someone buys the truck and wants to drive a bit west from you and buy these bits from me.

For you (and well, everyone else) I'll lower the price to $1499. And I can wait until you have the cash, Pat. And I have 4 good doors for it (2 installed and included in the price, and two extra) as well as that new bed. Then all it needs are rocker panels and your good to go.

That is a heck of a deal for that truck, surprised it hasn't sold already. I have a 79 GMC dually so I don't need another. Body parts are quite cheap for these trucks so you have a nice one for not a lot of cash.

Absolutely, if it's a hatch back with a manual trans. I don't have any other current pictures of it. I do have some older ones on my home computer that I'll post later. I can also take some new ones in the next day or two.

Okay, to sweeten the deal, I'll sell the truck, the solid front doors and the extra bed all for $1500. Guys, the engine, trans and dump assembly are worth more than that. Plus it's got 6 almost new retread tires on it. Come get it!

Actually the dump assembly alone should be worth that much.....just depends if its high or low quality.
