I am selling my MK1 Jetta.
Here are the details 2.0 ABA with 67K miles on block Totally rebuilt(Phillips Racing Engines) Hydro GLi Big Valve Head from 86 Gli, New TT 276 Cam with TT HD Valve Springs, New TT head Gasket, ARP Head bolts, New Timing Belt, Water Pump, Tensioner, New Sachs Clutch, New T stat, New TT satinless steel down pipe with MK3 Exhaust manifold, New Plugs and cap and rotor, all of the above items have 0 miles. Car also has a Neuspeed T body and ported intake manifold.
Car is very very solid with only one rust spot on the front air dam, other than that small spot this is a rust free MK1, The interior is clean and looks well, Headliner is white vynil and looks good, sun roof headliner is off and needs replaced or tacked back up.
Hood, roof and trunk has clear coat peel, rest of the car has good paint and very straight, all glass is good.
Car will be sold with Emkei 15 Inch mesh 2 Piece wheels with brand new Rubber, Also will come with a full set of Snow Flakes with crappy tires. Car also has a new TT exhaust (minus Muffler) and new BOGE turbo Gas rear shocks, New Fuel Pump, MK-1 GTi close ratio tranny and a set of lowering springs for all 4 corners as well.
The car is a project I have yet to finish and my work right now I prob will not have time to fininsh. What it will need to be a driver, New Fuel pump installed, one in car does not supply the right volume or pressure. Rear motor/tranny mount bolted up Exhaust installed Fill with coolant And dialed in. Please note motor and tranny are installed and everthing is plumed and wired, the only work needed to drive the car is stated above.
I have not ran the car since all the above was installed as the fuel pump needs replaced. I would think a weekend of tinkeing and this would be a great car.
