1992 Miata, Blk/Tan, BBS, C pack

Selling my recently acquired Miata, I'm about to move and can't keep it, and am giving a special price to GRMers.

The car is in decent shape overall. Mechanically, it seems to run really well, shifts fine, etc. Cosmetically, it looks decent, some flaws in the clearcoat and dents and stuff, it was a daily driver and is 16 years old.

Good: Runs, drives, shifts, stops and steers well, cheap, forged BBS wheels, all the valuable parts are in good shape, all power options work, ready to go

Bad: paint has some clearcoat imperfections, airbag light is on, needs a top and rear tires, lower rear rockers were repaired by me with rust converter, then foam, fiberglass, filler, primed and spray bedliner then painted. They are solid and it should be good for a while, and you can't tell unless you get within 3 feet.

Really, it is a fundamentally sound car that has been a daily driver, and a good way to get into a Miata for cheap. Car is located on Cape Cod, MA. I really need it gone by the end of the month as I am moving.

Foam bodywork rocks, though I did put 4-5 layers of fiberglass cloth over it...I know how to fix boats, so I just applied the same techniques, and the new owner seems satisfied with it, as was the mechanic he brought with him.

Hmmm... maybe I'll fabricate sills for my 1800ES... considering the right side has a mere ghost of sills past...
