Just received the best CL offer I've ever seen.
"$200 for 8 months, ok. I'm on disability."
Not ok question mark, but ok period. Not a question, but a statement.
I offered to save him $100 by taking a one-time payment of $1500. No response yet.
He's not good at grammar so your response was to challenge him to see if he's any better at math. HA.
I really like your car. I probably can't do anything but wish you good luck with the sale, however, I'm sure other potential buyers would like to know how rapid the electric drain is. Will it go flat over night, or more like a week?
The battery that came with it was dated 2010. When I got the car it would hold a charge for a few days, but deteriorated to only holding for under 24 hours. 7 year old battery, lucky it lasted this long. Being the cheap ass that I am, I bought a never-used battery with a 2017 date off of CL. It also drained overnight. That is the extent of my troubleshooting. Maybe there's nothing wrong with the car and I bought a E36 M3ty battery off of CL. I halfway think it's a E36 M3ty CL battery because it went flat overnight with the negative terminal disconnected. Maybe I'll swap batteries between the E38 and E60 and re-evaluate.
I'll be in the big D for a X-mas party on saturday I wonder if SWMBO would mind driving home separately.
Problem is then I would likely be living separately also.
So it sounds like it needs a battery and some love.
Yeah, no good battery is going dead overnight with one cable disconnected. I want it bad, but really only because I love the wheels. I have a feeling if I got a set of those wheels i’d never leave bmw.
My daughters first car was a 5MT 318ti, she is still a better driver for starting out with that.
Don't get me started about how much I hate FWD in the snow.

I’d tell him anybody on disability shouldn’t be buying a BMW.

This is the entire reason I have trouble selling sub $2000 cars. Usually mine are a project and you shouldn’t be buying a project if you can barely afford them.
I do love the car and wheels but I’ve trying to commit to not buying anymore old luxury barges.
Yes. Those wheels are the cats pajamas. The car itself is pretty sweet too and I might be interested if I hadn't just bought an old minivan.
I know... I'm boring.

Because she's Friggin' awesome, that's why!
This car on those wheels is one of my dream cars. The ultimate villain/low-key cool car. Luckily I won't be moving up that way for a few more months.
The SE-R had to be driven practically every day or the brand new el cheapo AutoZone battery would drain. Decided to check the fuses for another reason. Several were blown. Several were MISSING! No more battery drain! Now I trust that is not the case with Angry but how the hell did it ever start/drive?

She is! Just turned in her 2016 charger for an 2018 Stelvio! I'm a proud dad, just turned 24 and on her second new car, good thing she is winning in life.
