It worked for me earlier on desktop... although it was plastered over with the link to the challenge website

Weird. Works fine on my phone (Chrome) and on my Mac (Safari).

Chrome is the aw snap page, firefox is blank black page, safari says a problem repeatedly occurred on 2000challenge.com
i have cleared caches, force closed browsers, hard restarted my phone. I'm out of ideas
I think I see the issue. It is highly bandwidth intensive. Yesterday I was on 4G cell connection. Today I'm on my home 250MB connection and it's working.
It crashed safari on my phone. But pretty regularly, photos on here crash safari on my phone. .
At home on wifi i got the slide show to show up with the links over it, then crashed and it gave up due to too many errors.

I agree. It loads on my 2013 Chromebook, with an out-of-date version of Chrome, but I am on my home WiFi. It takes a good while to load.
