Well, it already made 43k miles, so anything that could go wrong would probably just be a recurrence of something that has, already gone wrong...

If I were a company named Maserati, and there were still non-running Maseratis out there with 43,000 miles on them that were selling for $800, I would do my best to buy every single one of them in an effort to erase the memory of these things in the hope of continuing to sell outrageously priced cars that also say Maserati on them.

Kinda expensive. There is a 425 for sale near me for $2300 that runs and drives fine and has over 100k on it. It has been for sale at least 6 months.

I'd give him $500 just so I could say I owned a Maserati. The shop foreman at my old dealership used to be a Maserati tech in the 80's...according to him, these things were the cat's pajamas back then. Maybe I should fly to Portland, get it running, and drive it back to Virginia?

Why is this thing not already scheduled to show up at the Challenge with a '90s FWD Caddy drivetrain or 3.8 s/c stuffed in the back seat?

The one i saw for sale is a 4 door, those and the spiders usually cost more. I wouldn't mind having one, although they aren't that exciting for the amount of extra work it would be. A Milano is a lot more fun to drive if you want a cheap Italian car.

I remember the C&D road test of it, where they noted issues like fuel starvation during hard cornering, and knowing that you're into boost by the engine suddenly detonating like a machine gun.

I guess in Italy there are no curvy roads and the drivers all putt around like they're on a golf course.

Normally I'm tempted by any and every small car under 2k
