Dammit.
Just when I'm trying to get out of CRXs...
That should go quickly and since I'm leaving town for a week I should be ok.
(But thanks for the heads up!)

Ohio peeps are slacking, I already have waaaay to many projects but if that were local to me it would be in my driveway already
Take a jack with you and see if you can actually jack it up without putting a hole in the floor. My '87 looked that clean from the outside but was a rusty nightmare underneath. With all the plastic body panels they can look like swiss cheese structurally and you'd never know...
Still worth every bit of $500 all day, assuming dude's not totally full of E36 M3. If it was local, I'd grab it for spares in a heartbeat!

Considering the guy's bizarre attempt to claim the 1986 engine is unique, I'd think he might indeed be full of E36 M3.
1 seemingly uncracked fender = $100. 1 seemingly uncracked rocker = $100. 1 seemingly uncracked header panel = $100. 4 phone dials = $100. Engine & trans = $150. And so on. Then scrap car for $300 or so. Knuckle/hub assembly = unobtanium, and on and on and on.

There's a lot of "seemingly" in that post. I bet if they were all mint he'd talk them up too. Notice he makes a point that nothing in the interior is cracked but makes no mention of exterior panels. And last I checked, ~1600lb stripped CRXs weren't scrapping for $300, or I'd be making $500 for every BMW E28 I've taken...
Not saying the car isn't worth it, but I don't trust anybody anymore and the seller's "u wouldnt kno if u didnt kno hondaz" attitude totally makes it seem like something's up.

Depends on your market I guess.By these numbers I have $300 worth of parts I can't sell for $150.
...or maybe I suck as a salesman...

You can't sell a virgin fender for $100 on ebay? I are confused.

Heck, I'd be glad to buy an uncracked fender or two for a Benjamin a piece.
Got some going spare, especially white ones?

Ok, no fenders, but other parts (header panel, Hf instrument cluster, door/ rocker plastics, hatch, etc...etc...) that I thought was a great steal at $150. I would love to find this deal for my Mustang....!
