It's mine and I am directly affiliated.

Here is the build thread if you want to see everything I've done to it.

I've been driving it back and forth to work and it runs great. A few weeks ago when I was changing the oil I noticed some drops of coolant clinging to the underside of the k-member so there is a coolant leak somewhere that I have yet to locate. I just check it daily and top it off as needed, usually not more than a cup or so every 4 or 5 days. The 235/70's are bald...like as bald as my noggin.

The trunk leaks and has no carpet of any kind in it, I bought it this way.

As the white Lincoln is slowly brought up to snuff it is becoming more and more apparent that it basically renders the blue car obsolete. There's really no point in having 2 Mark VII projects and an Impreza project all at the same time. If you want them, the original 15 inch wheels go with it, as does the TEVES system.

All for the princely sum of $500.

I'm willing to deliver, within 100 miles or so, if you cover the cost of the gas.

I've also posted the car for sale on another forum and will be advertising it locally.

I could enjoy this in my life but... distance. If, for some reason, no one local wants it I can make a plan to get it to Michigan.

It's a blast to drive!

I need to sell it before I start buying expensive parts for it; panhard bar, caster/camber plates, etc...

I'll see about getting some pics of the trunk interior soon.

So, this is last minute and probably not worth your trouble but if you're still trying to sell the Lincoln I'm going to be somewhere in Indiana tomorrow, collecting my brother from college. I would consider extending the journey to pick it up and then driving it back to Detroit if you think it's capable of the road trip. Anyway... if an arrangement is a possibility: 2488754698

Given the amount of time you have put into this, I almost feel obligated to buy it. You probably have put more labor into this car than 90% owners ever put into all the cars they ever own.

Yeah, definitely quite a bit of wrench time.

At the moment I'm planning to bypass the heater core and hoses at the water pump because I assume that is the source of the leak. I also assume that the heater core is O.E. and at 27 years old and with 200,000+ miles it's only a matter of time before it pops, especially considering the condition of the original radiator.

I'm a GREAT salesman, aren't I?

I also forgot to mention one of the front wheel bearings is beginning to grumble. I had planned on snagging front rotors and bearings from an SN95 Mustang at some point but have yet to get around to it. It's 100% driveable but definitely something to keep in mind and plan for in the near future.

If serious feel free to PM me... I'm only loosely entertaining the idea of selling it at the moment, but a Group 2 car is calling my name.

Heater core is bypassed at the rear of the intake coolant tubes.

I should also mention the A/C blows nice and cold.

...I have never owned a car with functional air conditioning. I don't know if I could handle the luxury.

The more I think on it, I would love to have this for a summer ride and winter project. I've always wanted a Ford something with a V8 that isn't a Mustang. School is out in a month and I'm less busy busy when not teaching. If nobody buys it by then I could make a road trip.

I've been driving the car back and forth to work and it seems the heater hoses were the source of the leaking coolant. This thing is fun but it REALLY needs tires lol.

The loop I put in the heater hose is seeping slightly at the fitting so the coolant leak has not been eliminated, only greatly reduced. There has been no noticeable drop in the coolant level over the past two weeks.

Even though the current fuel pump shows no signs of impending doom, the car now comes with a spare, used yet functioning, fuel pump attached to the hanger assembly from my '92.

There is a pinhole in one of the tubes that was spraying fuel in a fine mist all over the topside of the tank on my '92 but the pump is still perfectly good.

I has tahrs!

Two old 235/60-15's from my buddies '68 squareback, good tread but dry-rotted.

One really nice 215/70-15 with newish looking tread and no cracks.

One maypop 215/70-15 with severe toe/camber wear.

The car is still sitting on the 235/70-16's that are mounted on the waffles but it will soon be rocking the staggered 15's that actually have tread!
