I had been tossing the idea around of getting something different and being unique. And then another mustang presented itself far too cheap to pass up.
I wont pick it up for a week or 2 but here it is in its current state. A 1998 mustang roller. Complete minus drivetrain. For the low price of $100.
Not sure the plan yet as the rx7 is my main priority and that is going on the dyno this saturday. But rod run us a week away and what i find there for cheap will dictate the direction i go.
Can't pass it up at $100.
I don't care for that bodystyle that much, but $100 would be hard to pass on! Great score. Excited to see what it turnes into.
Yall are reading my mind. I was actually looking for something different, but scrolling through fb i saw a buddy of mine listed it for 100 bucks or it was getting scrapped.
Plan for this car is to bring it to the challenge for one purpose and one purpise only....
To win the drag race! This does mean a blistering fast sub 10 second pass.
Everything else ive built has been with the mindset of being well rounded. But i have a lot of background in drag racing. Some of my other cars have been stout. Excited to bring something to the table to contend on the strip. I dont care if i put around the autox on a big and little set up. Lol
