well, the 1998 parts xj8 here in chicago is black on black. Runs, but will need timing chain guides soon. Pics were CL-worthy, but looked mostly straight. asking price was $1000. I have the guy's number even though I don't think he is still listing on CL after the $5 started.

But an Alfa Spider did FTD for the Challenge autocross once, so it's a pretty decent platform.

I'm trying to work out a scheme where I can drive something of mine down to FL, sell it on the spot, and drive the Jag home. Maybe even sell my Saturn to the junkyard....
