Feeling it out - Classic Sprockets

Ok....I'd like to regain some garage space.

I have 2 project bikes, plus parts.

Bike 1:

1979 Suzuki GS750L Chain Drive and kick/electric start Needs wiring harness redone and general reconditioning. rear luggage rack and comfort seat/bars Tank should probably be sandblasted and repainted. No title. previous owners lost.

Bike 2:

1982 Suzuki GS650Z Shaft Drive, electric start Again, Wiring harness, engine seems stuck - but I'm working on that right now with a PB blast bath overall pretty nice shape. Purplish Blue tank and lots of Chrome. Have title for this bike

Parts: 1976 750cc engine in pieces (8valve model) needs rings and reassembly. 4-1 Exhaust (Vince and Hines?) Another GS750 tank, wiring, signals, and who knows what else.

I'd like to trade for a running cruiser/standard bike above 600cc or cash.

argh....Why does God tempt me. It's easier to avoid temptation when everyone else is a zillion miles away.
