If you’re flexible on pickup I’ll go ahead and call dibs!  I can PayPal you or send a chashiers check.  Just let me know which you prefer.  I’m in Nashville TN,  so will either have it shipped or road trip.  Not sure yet,  but I wanted to jump on it before someone else did.

I'm cool with that. Send me a PM. You would be a good home.

Woot! Now this thread won’t bother me anymore until Cotton moves on with it 5 years from now plus my drive time would be cut in half to get it.  Hint hint. cheeky

I’ll have to update the build thread at some point or create a continuation thread,  but my initial plan is front disk brakes,  brake lines of course, new fuel tank setup, then whatever else needed to prep for some shakedown runs.  I’m really looking forward to getting Fergus back on the road.

Seth and I have similar tastes in vehicles,  which will make for some interesting pictures once I get Fergus to TN.

Well, if by chance things don't work out, let me know.  Robbie and I were trying to work out a fly and drive.  but Nashville could be a drive and drive. wink

You got it. If I ever decide move on I’ll post it up here first,  so it can stay in the GRM family.

I'm happy for Cotton to get this car. His vision is different than mine, but no less cool. Getting this car back into the hands of someone who cares and will wrench on it is the main thing. This makes me happy.

My plan is to wait about 5-10 years til Fergus has been through a couple more GRM owners, then buy it all fixed and ready to go.

Glad to see it's staying in the family.

I gave it six hours before calling dibs.  Oh and an untimely death in the family of my 31 year old brother in law, kept me from jumping on this.

Looking forward to another Fergus thread, and maybe another opportunity some day.

I also want to add, a true dual exhaust will be on the list right after brakes.  I waited to do this on my former 72 LTD sedan and regretted it.  Also,  I dynoed the sedan,  so might as well dyno the wagon too.

Akylekoz - sorry to hear about your brother in law.

I'm excited to see the dyno numbers. The transmission has such bizarre gearing that I want to hear what you think about that too. I'm betting you'll find a couple hundred things that I did wrong/didn't do.

I want my turn on the Europa shell.

That Europa is like the GRM bicycle, everyone gets a ride.
