Pulled from my parts stash, a legit eBay APC steering wheel I bought +13yrs ago and used in a couple vehicles thru the years. I grabbed it on some discount, but don't really recall how much; $16-18 max. It is in reasonable used condition, but the horn button is long gone.....
There are no used examples on eBay for FMV calculation, so here are some new sales
Mine is standard black, no fancy colors. With new ones showing $30-35 now, I am gonna peg mine at $10 and hope to find something lighter and cheaper at the swap meet later this month.
Do I hear $10?
Missing horn button makes it unique. So rare you can't find used ones because everyone is holding onto their collectable steering wheel. My yard sells wheels for $7.49 so I'm good with $10.
I've got an extra stock fiat x1/9 wheel I'd sell for less than $10...

The guy that made these had pallets of them at the Big 3 San Diego swap meet last year ,
I think they were $5 each but maybe less , plus a lot of other APC stuff ,
But probably "rare" on the East Coast :)

I kinda do need a steering wheel. But I doubt I could get it from you before next Challenge. If I was building like Angry it wouldn't be a problem but I actually plan on getting done on time. Yeah doesn't make sense.
