Were all the Neons 5-lug by then or is yours a 4-lug?
No, mine is a 5-lug. I am thinking 5 x 100, like my turbo Mini and the SRT.

the only 4 lug cars were some of the first year cars, the rest i think are 5x100
If you can't find it from a GRMer, you might want to try www.neons.org/forums
There always seems to be someone parting out a Neon over there.

Correct, the earliest MY95 cars had 4 lugs. All of the others are 5x100, 57.1 center bore +40 offset (usually).
