I read through the rules but don't see anything mentioned about nitromethane.
It would add a new dimension. Never used it but have been sprayed with it when being too close to a top fuel fuel startup & smelled my share of the fumes when younger.

LOL ... it was suggested to me that I use it for one of my out there ideas. I thought well do I really want Tom to see that and say oh hell no?
Could mask the smell with fuel fragrance additive if it's still made. Like bubble gum, cotton candy, grape, cherry bomb, smelly arm pit, stinky socks etc. Tom would never even smell the nitro.
I've always wanted to play with it. Would be a big tuning challenge.

It makes fuel adjustments very touchy when you get into the higher percentages. I ran 60% nitromethane when I was racing R/C boats. Lovely stuff for HP. My fasted boat was .67 ci and would run 80+ mph. Finicky when it came to setting carbs though. Not to mention expensive at $40/gal.
