Makes sense.
But having too few spaces also makes some sense. Encouraging people not to congregate too long is part of helping with social distancing.

Currently, in Ohio bars are open but you are not allowed to stand in a bar. The seating is strategically placed 6ft apart (fewer tables) but you must be seated at a table. The thought is that standing encourages huddling or leaning in over someone's shoulder.

Yea that was the thought behind chairs with side tables. Still thinking and welcoming thoughts.

If we are gonna take it seriously, I think you are gonna have to limit the number of people.
At some point you get into a grid configuration. This feels like some sort of mathematical proof.

With you guys? No chance.
Full head-to-toe biohazard suit!
After thinking more I've settled on bring your own chair/table. I'll set up a grid so that we're 6 feet apart and bring some extra chairs/tables for those without. Sound good?
Maybe everyone needs to just bring an FRS radio, the bar could spread out over the entire parking lot

I've never played beer-pong, but this sounds like an excellent scenario for "ultimate beer pong."
With old frosty-tip-pool-nazi on the job though, I feel like parking lot hangs will get shut down pretty quickly. Though maybe he's moved on to his dream job of head of douchery at Planet Fitness.
What about BYOL, everyone brings scraps and pieces of lexan/polycarbonate and just put a shield on ththe regular bar? Cubicles even
I'm hoping that by Oct things have settled down and some of the "social distancing" has eased up.
In Missouri things are opening back up, we have even eaten dinner in a restaurant! If we don't all die or get hospitalized maybe it's a sign.

Its gonna be in Florida, things are already 80% back to where they were down here.
Of course, should there be a nationwide relapse, that indeed might change.

I see 2 male appearing silhouettes with a ruler between them at crotch level. Dick measuring contest?
Edit: Go Team Stampie!
In reply to secretariata (Forum Supporter) :
Yes because everyone on Team Stampie (including you apparently) needs a 6 foot ruler to measure dicks. We just try not to be dicks to others.
