An offer of dessert wouldn't cause me a problem, but if you offered breakfast....
Late to the party but couldn't you just make one with a piece of 1/2" plywood sandwiched between some foam insulation sheets. Carve the sheets down on the shape you want, sand, coat with fiberglass and epoxy. Paint and be done.

You could make some risers for maximum rice power.
If it just for looks they're easy to make. I made one out of some leftover 26ga sheet metal. Here's the tutorial: cut your sheet metal to length and about twice as wide as the chord length you want. Place a broom handle in the middle running lengthwise and bend the metal around the handle to make the leading edge. Now stick your forearm inside and gradually bend the bottom surface around your forearm to give it the airfoil shape. Fold over the trailing edge and rivet. For the pedestals all you need is 4 pieces of all threads, some nuts and washers. Drill and bolt through the bottom wing sheet and the trunk lid. You can easily add endplates by cutting and folding tabs at the ends of the wing and attaching endplates of your choice. (But I don't recommend clear acrylic. It cracks too easily.)
I made one like this once. It turned out pretty well and was almost free.
