I have to move a small car from Pa. to Albany, NY. It's not safe taking an unknown that far via flat tow or hitch, so I need a trailer. It's 330 miles each way.
The car is small so a landscape trailer may do it. I have a V6 4-Runner to haul it.
Want to rent it, loan it or swap for goods & services?

U-haul.com rents a trailer for fairly cheap. Maybe $125.00?

My local U-Haul was $54.95 a day for a car trailer FWIW......
Thanks, but the last time I looked at U-Haul they wouldn't let me have a car trailer unless I rented a truck to pull it with.
I'll try them again.

I rented a Uhaul trailer and hooked it to a Toyota 4runner.
Strangely, they did not have Spitfire in their database for the car to be towed, so I used Midget. It worked.
Check Craigslist and/or local independent trailer places. (You know, "Crazy Dave's Trailer Sales" or whatever.)
Both are good sources around here.
I'm bringing new rear tires and a dolly. Best I can do.

You mean new front tire and two extra tie downs right? Or are you pulling the drive shaft? better bring gear oil just in case.

I'm getting what you think I'm getting. In the fustercluck of buying and selling Challenge cars, nothing moves until I remove mine.
Pick it up next Friday so plan accordingly.
