I saw one of those get used for jaws of life practice by our local FD about a decade ago. In our climate, it wouldn't have been rusty.

If the engine is solid, the 12a is almost worth the asking price. Good 12as are getting hard to find
Those came with 13Bs like the rx4 and rx5.
