Is this something I should be interested in?

An ACR, with those rims? See if they will let it go for $1500 and you have pretty good deal if you want something to autocross. I haven't seen one run in years, but they were the shiznit back in the day. Would be a fun little project with cheap parts I am guessing.
I'm not 100% certain, but I'm wondering if a 98 ACR should have a fog light bumper? That seems wrong to me, but maybe it was just the earlier ones that had the basic front bumper.
Also, with that mileage and its ride height, even if it is an ACR, the struts are probably no longer OEM.

Dunno about the 98 but the early ones definitely had the foglight bumper, minus foglights. Made a place to put cooling ducts for the brakes of one was so inclined.

Yes, fog light bumper, no fog lights. Had a 98 new, till about 9 months ago, miss it every so often.
Looks like an ACR to me, and with Kosei K1s no less. I'd definitely go look at it and buy it if it's not a pile. They're a stone riot to drive.
Wheels worth at least $500 themselves.
98 ACRs also had painted door handles. This is almost definitely an ACR.
Even without Konis, this is a deal. I'd jump all over it if I lived nearby.
