full tube chassis(2x3 and 2x4 rails), needs some finish welding here and there. tubular control arms, jacks at all 4 springs, 3 link rear with panhard. 350/th350. set up for b body rear(mockup is a 2.29 so you might want better). fuel cell incl. needs wired/pedals/glass/seats/plumbing and lots of tire. lots of new parts already installed.

honestly, i doubt it will sell then i will just finish it up.
by the time i get done andy nelson will have had so many rules rewritten because of his cars that i'll have to run exhibition at the challenge

Guess this means I'll try to make a deal with the guy who wants to trade his Saiga 12 for my '31. I'm not devastated by that deal.
Still wouldn't have minded seeing that '40 in my garage. Congrats on the sale.
