I had one EXACTLY like that. The engine died very quietly one day while cruising down the highway, and left a HUGE smokescreen. I pulled over, popped the hood, oil everywhere. I pulled the air cleaner lid off and there were pieces of piston ring in the air cleaner. Yikes.

Over under lights? check. 4 door? Check. If it had some sort of giant modern engine in it (think duramax, powerstroke, Dodge v10... something obnoxious) I'm pretty sure that's about perfect right there.

Also, how the berkeley does a car get barnacles on it....above ground?
