Pics in the ad seem to be 10 years old. Everything is probably tbe same except add 2 inches of dust and some rodent nests.

The location being in Iowa means that there are not many Saab lovers nearby hence the low price to atract a buyer from further away.
The body is all fiberglass but the "frame" is steel and can rust. I know a vintage racer who runs one in the midwest. It's very quick! My nephew bought one years ago for $1700 and broke the trans a month later. The car sat for 4-5 years when he ended up selling it to the racer for $400 as a parts car.
I'll be in Iowa City tonight if somebody wants me to check it out...
