This car belongs to my neighbor, it has been sitting for years, and has $600 in back registration due, and is very sun damaged, and needs a timing chain tensioner. But, it is straight, rust free as far as I can tell, he has the title, and its cheap lol. It would make a good lemons car, parts, etc. I think it will run, other than the timing chain rattling it ran fine a year ago once I put fresh gas in it. I have pics and can get more if needed, if anyone is interested just reply here.

I would buy that for E36 M3s and giggles if it wasn't on the other coast.

I posted it on peachparts too with pics.
What the heck is "back registration"?
I mean to say: how can you owe past registration? Here if you owe the DMV a single cent, you're not allowed to register a car.
What I need to know is what are those wheels and where can I find some? xD
It's not registered right now, that's the term most people use here for it when a car has an excessive amount of late fees due to be able to register it. So if someone wanted to put it back on the road, it would have to pass the emissions test, then it would cost about $600 in fees.
The wheels are centra type 31s(missing the center caps), they were actually mine and i switched them for the 16x8 Lorinser wheels that were on it so I can put them on my 300sd.

You can get around this if you register it somewhere other than California. Just never try to register it in CA &you'll never have to pay. I learned this by buying a bunch of old cars in San Diego & bringing them back to Massachusetts to sell last year.
