The "buttcheek delete" is a body mod on the rear quarter/trunk pan area. On some models, the spare tire stands up straight in the trunk, so in order to make that fit Volvo built a curved body recess that hung below what you would view as the normal bottom line of the quarter panel behind the rear wheel(s). The placement of that rounded recess on the back is often called the "buttcheek" in the Volvo community.
