I read that as:

1985 E30 roller. Ruined hood. Bad respray with rattle cans of primer. No engine, trans or wiring harness. Probably rusty. Asking twice what you should pay and then some!

I test drove that years ago when it was for sale before. I would give $500 at the most.

edit: I would give $500 if it was running....

That header pointing at the radiator, does it then go 180 degrees back the other way? WTH? I assume they couldn't figure out how to clear the Master Cyl or something if they ran it the proper way?

The steering shaft. It's not an uncommon configuration in V8 swaps in E30s.
