If somebody buys me this, i will immediately trade them my MX6 with ALL the spares.
No joke. Let's do this. I'd be losing my ass on this one, and the MX6 is already faster in all regards and probably gets better gas mileage.
He has a LOT of spares.

You're even close enough that i would deliver. 
And i'd put two new tires on the front of the MX6. It'd be up to you how long said new tires would last. Could be a week, could be a year. 
I saw one of these in the wild the other day. I went out of my way to follow it a few miles. It was in "owned and dd by the same guy since new" condition.

The MX6 is Challenge eligible as it sits anyways. 
It's the $1000+ worth of spares that would be a problem, but that could be a separate transaction, and if it's not on the car, it's not in the budget.
